Ministry of Absorption

MATI`S AIMS:
To assist in the establishment of new business and in the development and expansion of existing businesses.

Mati Holon is a non profit Association.

SERVICES OFFERED:

BUSINESS SERVICES:

• Analysis of business ideas
• Information required for establishing a business-licenses, taxation, human resources, etc.
• Consultation and guidance on issue of patents.

BUSINESS PLANS:

• For the purpose of business planning
• Profitability of the future business or expanding an exiting business
• Sources of finance - locating investors and/or receiving loans.

COURSES AND TRAINING:
Courses and advanced studies for entrepreneurs and business owners on business issues such as:

Business entrepreneurship, The Art of Sales,Business Negotiation, Foreign Trade, Cash Flow Management etc.

BUSINESS MENTORING
Business mentoring by an experienced Business Consultant in the fields of : Marketing, Sales, Finance, Management, etc.
The Consultant will assist the Business owner in analyzing the problems within the business, preparation and follow up on plans to improve the business in order to increase it_ s profits.

The Mentor will be financed by:

• 75% - Ministry of Industry
• 25% - Business owner

BUSINESS TIES:

• Assistance in locating business partners.
• Assistance in locating investors.
